Pellegrini zum FC Chelsea?
Chelsea hat offenbar Interesse an Trainer Manuel Pellegrini. Der Chilene steht allerdings noch bis zum Saisonende beim spanischen Erstligisten FC Villarreal unter Vertrag.
Sein Berater Alberto Poletti erklärte bereits öffentlich: "Ich bin in Gesprächen mit den Engländern, damit Manuel zu Beginn der nächsten Saison Chelsea übernehmen kann."
Eine Bestätigung von Seiten der "Blues" steht allerdings noch aus. Zumal der englische Pokalsieger zuletzt noch bekundet hatte, das Engagement des aktuellen Trainers Avram Grant solle "dauerhaft" sein.

The odds on Manuel Pellegrini becoming Chelsea manager have shortened after talks reportedly opened with the Chilean last week.
The 59-year-old's reputation has been boosted by an impressive spell at the helm of Malaga, who he this season led to the Champions League quarter-finals despite off-field distractions.
Pellegrini managed Villarreal and Real Madrid before that and there are suggestions his next destination could be Stamford Bridge.

MANUEL PELLEGRINI has told Chelsea he is NOT interested in joining them.
The Malaga boss is on the Blues’ hit-list of candidates to replace interim manager Rafa Benitez.
But Pellegrini, 59, has made it clear he wants to make the La Liga outfit a major force — despite the fact they have not kept up-to-date with his wages.
Pellagrini said: “I’m not looking to change club.
“My main objective is to finish my contract with Malaga and continue the work we have started.
“In the Champions League quarter-final against Dortmund I think we showed that Malaga was one of the top four teams in Europe.
“I suppose there’s uncertainty about my future because nobody knows the next developments at this club yet.”
But the Chilean’s agent, Jesus Martinez, has left the door open for Chelsea.
He revealed: “The coaching staff haven’t been paid up to date. Manuel has a buy-out clause of 4million but nobody has come up with that money or asked to speak to him.”

Allerdings gibt es dennoch ein paar Ungewissheiten, da Malaga ja hin und wieder Geldprobleme hat.
Pellegrini könnte für 4 Mio jedenfalls den Verein verlassen.

Meiner Meinung nach wäre Manuel Pellegrini die beste Variante für Chelsea, wenn man mal von Mourinho absieht. Für mich ist Mourinho der beste Trainer der Welt, dubiose Charakterzüge hin oder her. Pellegrini ist taktisch für mich aber einer der stärksten Trainer, die im Moment unterwegs sind. Chelsea und Pellegrini wäre meiner Meinung nach ein ähnliches Modell wie Ancelotti und PSG - viel Geld, viele teure Spieler, die alle internationale Erfahrung und demnach auch gewisse Ansprüche (Bezahlung, Umgang, etc.) aufweisen. Gerade bei solchen Mannschaften kommt es darauf an, den Spielern taktische Feinheiten einzutrichtern, um das volle Potential aus ihnen herauszuholen.. Noch dazu sieht man, dass Pellegrini auch menschlich gut ankommen muss; wer die Spiele von Malaga in der Championsleague gesehen hat, hat erkannt, dass dort ganz klar eine Mannschaft auf dem Platz stand, die füreinander kämpft und rennt - was natürlich auch immer mit dem Erfolg zusammenhängt. Noch dazu werden Spieler wie Hazard, Torres oder Lampard unabhängig von ihrer eigentlich verlangten Profi-Einstellung einem Pellegrini mehr Respekt zollen als beispielsweise einem jungen Trainer wie Klopp oder Villas-Boas.
Für mich also eine perfekte Konstellation. Sollte Mourinho nicht kommen, ist Manuel Pellegrini als Außenstehender der absolute Volltreffer für Chelsea.

Der FC Chelsea hat ersten Kontakt zum Chilenen Manuel Pellegrini (62) aufgenommen, der seinen Posten bei Manchester City am Saisonende wohl an Guardiola übergeben muss, so 'Cadena Cope'. Die Blues suchen einen Nachfolger für Interim Hiddink.
