Unter ihnen taucht neben Frankreichs Weltmeister-Kapitän Didier Deschamps auch immer wieder Jürgen Klinsmann auf. Der ehemalige Teamchef der deutschen Nationalmannschaft soll schon im Frühjahr auf Chelseas Wunschzettel gestanden haben.
Damals sagte der Wahl-Kalifornier aber mit dem Hinweis auf das Wohl seiner Familie ab.
