Hi all,

I'm a English male and worked in football for over 13 years, I'm now living in the UAE and a keen follower of local football, paticularly the UAE First Division (second tier).
I'm wondering why the division doesn't have much coverage on here? There is a huge growing league system here in the UAE, with privatisation of clubs being allowed for the first time ever by the FA, attracting global investment.
I've seen some phenomenal talents who's market values are listed as 0 on here when they are definitely north of $500k. For example Pape Bacary (United FC UAE) and Cedrick Nana (Gulf United FC) who are two expectional talent that I know both spent a month on trial with Premier League side Crystal Palace this summer.

How can we afford the league more coverage on this platform? Games, goals, market values etc.
There is a full community of likeminded people here in the UAE. Happy to contribute in any way we can.

Thanks
David

Hello David,
nice to meet you. Even though the UAE has one of Asia's most professional league systems out there, we cannot display all of them: https://www.transfermarkt.com/wettbewerbe/national/wettbewerbe/183
Due to lack of support and help from volunteers interested in these leagues we do only display the Pro League, the cup and the league cup. The market value of players without league affiliation on Transfermarkt (such as UAE 2nd tier) are automatically set to 0 by the system and return if the player return to a league on Transfermarkt. Therefore the value of Bacary & Co. is removed or not updated.

PS: please post data administration related topics in this thread next time: https://www.transfermarkt.com/data-administration/thread/forum/696/thread_id/3/page/1#anchor_2313

Best regards

I think local player from Saudi Arabia are undervalued on this site a lot. We have to keep in mind the transfer fee that they are selling between clubs but also their level improvement since few elite players joined the league:

Below is more fair evaluation about some players in my opinion:

Firas Al-Buraikan - €4.00m > €5.00m
Saud Abdulhamid - €2.80m > €3.50m
Abdulrahman Ghareeb - €2.30m > €3.0m
Salem Al-Dawsari - €2.00m > €3.00m
Sultan Al-Ghannam - €2.00m > €3.00m
Hassan Tambakti - €1.80m > €2.80m
Abdulelah Al-Amri - €1.20m > €2.00m
Mohamed Kanno - €900k > €1.80m
Faisal Al-Ghamdi - €700k > €2.00m
Nawaf Al-Aqidi - €650k > €1.40m
Ali Lajami - €600k > €1.00m
Abdullah Al-Khaibari - €550k > €2.00m
Ali Al-Bulayhi - €400k > €7500k
Abdulaziz Al-Aliwa - €50k > €350k

Hey there! Have been following the NZ Southern and National league and there is a player named Auston Kranick (Coastal Spirit) who came from one of the bigger teams in Finland and his market value is 0. Not sure how to apply to fix this? Everyone else on his team has a significant market value and this lad has come from a team in Europe and has been one of the best players so far this season. Given the value of the other players on the team I reckon his value would be 150k at least. There’s a couple other players in the league I've noticed who could use market value increases as well. Any way I can help with this and recommend values for other players

Thank you very much for the reply! Any Idea when the next league update for New Zealand will be? I saw that there was one in March but some of these players with lower or no market value have come into the league after the March update. Thank you again daumen-hoch
